С июля рабочие места специалистов ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку», проводящих прием граждан по вопросам предоставления льгот и мер социальной поддержки во всех четырех округах города и в основном здании на ул. Зегеля, 2, оснащены веб-камерами. Более восьмидесяти записывающих устройств уже ведут регистрацию приема посетителей с целью разрешения возможных спорных вопросов и исключения конфликтных ситуаций.

Как показывает практика, использование видеорегистраторов дисциплинирует людей по обе стороны веб-камеры, как специалистов учреждений, так и посетителей, способствует более уважительному отношению друг к другу при проведении приема, а также позволяет определить уровень профессиональной компетенции работников при общении с гражданами, от чего напрямую зависит размер их заработной платы.
