Липецкие пенсионеры посетили выставку «В русле традиций»

Посетители «Дома ветеранов» по достоинству оценили  выставку известного российского медальера, народного художника РФ, академика Российской академии художеств, лауреата конкурса Международной федерации медальерного искусства Правоторова Геннадия Ивановича. 

Геннадий Правоторов  занимается живописью, скульптурой, графикой. Но медальное искусство для него – главное. Его работы можно увидеть по всей России – в Эрмитаже, Монетных дворах Москвы и Петербурга. Теперь оценить декоративные медали смогли и липецкие ценители искусства.

В экспозиции представлены серии медалей "Династия Романовых, Рюриковичей", "Первый отряд космонавтов", "Поэты и писатели Серебряного века".

За серию «Династия Романовых», состоящую из 20 медалей, Геннадий Иванович удостоен серебряной медали Российской академии художеств. Лаконично и точно мастер воплотил 300-летнюю историю российской императорской фамилии.

Произведения скульптора давно получили признание на Родине и за рубежом. 

Выставка Геннадия Правоторова пройдет в нашем городе до 25 августа.
