Пожилые люди отмечают свой праздник

У ветеранов завтра праздник - День пожилых людей, который отмечается 1 октября. Накануне и после этой даты ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» традиционно проводит цикл разноплановых мероприятий для обслуживаемых на дому пожилых людей, чтобы никто из них не остался без внимания.  

Во всех окружных отделах социального обслуживания населения совместно со школьниками, студентами, творческими коллективами города для ветеранов проводятся встречи, концерты «Осень жизни - пора золотая!», «Нам года - не беда!», «Души запасы золотые», «От сердца - к сердцу» «Если сердцем молод!» и другие. 30 сентября по случаю предстоящего праздника пожилых липчан пригласили в ДК «Сокол» на благотворительный спектакль «Бабий бунт» Липецкого муниципального театра.

А для тех ветеранов, которые по состоянию здоровья не смогли прийти на праздничные мероприятия, организованы выезды работников соцзащиты по месту жительства  с подарками и поздравлениями.

Напомним, что Международный день пожилых людей проводится 1 октября по решению 45-й сессии Генеральной ассамблеи ООН, состоявшейся 14 декабря 1990 года. В России День пожилых людей установлен  с  1992 года  Постановлением Президиума Верховного Совета РФ  от 01.06.92 г. № 2890/1–1 «О проблемах пожилых людей».
