Быть здоровым в преклонном возрасте

В соответствии с календарем Всемирной организации здравоохранения  29 октября объявлено   Днем борьбы с инсультом. Учитывая высокую актуальность проблемы инсультов в нашей стране, специалисты ГУЗОТ «Центр медицинской профилактики» совместно со специалистами Центра здоровья ГУЗ «Липецкая городская поликлиника №2» организовали акцию «Скажи инсульту - нет!» для посетителей  Дома ветеранов ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку».

Специалисты Центра здоровья провели обследование пенсионеров прямо в Доме ветеранов. Все желающие смогли сдать кровь на определение уровня холестерина и глюкозы, измерить артериальное давление, вычислить  индекс массы тела, пройти обследование с помощью кардиовизора (диагностика сердечно - сосудистых заболеваний) и пульсоксиметра (определение насыщенности крови кислородом), получить консультацию терапевта.  

Также специалисты Центра медицинской профилактики совместно с волонтерами Липецкого медицинского колледжа провели опрос с целью изучения уровня знаний населения об этом заболевании, его первых признаках и симптомах, а также правил оказания первой помощи при инсульте. По данной тематике, а также по вопросам  здорового образа жизни была распространена печатная продукция.

Всего в акции приняли участие  60 пенсионеров: из них 40 обследованы в рамках акции, а 20 записались на обследование в Центр здоровья.
