Школьные службы примирения обменялись опытом

В первые дни ноября специалисты  ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку» провели актуальные практические семинары  «О развитии деятельности школьных служб примирения: возможности восстановительного подхода в регулировании отношений» и «Школьная служба примирения как восстановительная практика реагирования на конфликты и правонарушения в школе».  

Первый семинар был организован совместно с ГАУДПО ЛО «Институт развития образования»  для кураторов школьных служб примирения Липецкой области. С использованием прямого включения слушателям был представлен опыт  столицы Чувашской Республики  города Чебоксары   по реализации восстановительных программ в работе с несовершеннолетними, оказавшимися в конфликте с законом,  в рамках деятельности территориальной службы примирения.

Формат данной встречи позволил рассмотреть и другие  важные на сегодня вопросы  практического использования  восстановительных программ в работе с семьей и детьми, порядка межведомственного взаимодействия при разрешении сложных конфликтных ситуаций. 

Второй семинар был ориентирован на  педагогов-кураторов и подростков-медиаторов действующих школьных служб примирения, участвующих в проекте. Мероприятие проходило в МБОУ СОШ №5. Участники семинара, рассмотрев итоги  работы служб примирения в трех школах города Липецка  - №5, 28 и 9,  поделились своим опытом  становления и  первыми успехами в разрешении конфликтных ситуаций в школьных коллективах.

По итогам семинара намечен ряд мероприятий по дальнейшему развитию школьных служб примирения в этих учебных заведениях.
