В новый год – с новыми знаниями

Для семнадцати социальных работников с общим средним образованием ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку»  организовало двухнедельную стажировку в Липецком машиностроительном колледже по специально разработанной программе «Предоставление социальных услуг клиентам организаций социального обслуживания». 

Цель обучения – повысить уровень знаний социальных работников в области права, социальной медицины и обслуживания, с тем, чтобы они могли оказывать социальные услуги населению на более высоком качественном уровне в соответствии с требованиями профессионального стандарта «социальный работник», утвержденного  Министерством труда и социальной защиты РФ.

Длительность очно-заочного обучения составляет 72 часа. Программа  составлена  таким образом, чтобы в период обучения  теория и практика шли рука об руку, поэтому получать новые знания слушатели будут без отрыва от работы. Значительное количество часов отведено самостоятельному  выполнению учебных заданий.   По результатам стажировки социальные работники получат удостоверения установленного образца.
