Соревнования по теннису выявили лучших игроков

В  зачет спартакиады 2017 года в ОБУ «ЦСЗН по гору Липецку» на Зегеля,2 прошли соревнования по настольному теннису среди работников учреждения.  

Пятнадцать участников турнира в упорной и захватывающей борьбе показали своё мастерство и стремление к победе. А также более высокую по сравнению с прошлым годом технику игры, которая требует от спортсменов быстрой  пространственной ориентировки, точности двигательных реакций, мгновенного принятия  правильных решений. Следовательно, игроки от соцзащиты достигли в этом году лучших результатов, тщательно готовясь к турниру, почувствовав его дух и неповторимые особенности.

Приверженцы здорового образа жизни уже признали, что настольный теннис – это альтернатива фитнесу, не требующая  больших материальных затрат и потерь времени. Игра  в теннис укрепляет мышцы, стабилизирует кровяное давление, нормализует деятельность кровообращения и других жизненно важных систем человеческого организма. 

Игра в настольный теннис по праву может называться универсальным средством, снижающим усталость, напряжение. А слежение за полетом мяча — прекрасная гимнастика для глаз. Поэтому настольный теннис во всем мире уже отнесен к числу наиболее перспективных видов спорта, широко доступных и служащих на благо здоровья людей.

Второй год подряд этот вид спорта включен и в программу спартакиады ОБУ «ЦСЗН по городу Липецку», которая также служит задачам популяризации здорового образа жизни среди своих сотрудников, укрепления их здоровья и эмоционального  тонуса.

Соревнования проходили в два этапа – среди мужчин и среди женщин. Победителями среди мужчин стали: главный специалист отдела обеспечения деятельности учреждения Александр Пополитов – 1 место; водитель отдела обеспечения деятельности учреждения Евгений Красных – 2 место; начальник отдела социальных прав и гарантий Александр Шульженко – 3 место. 

Из женщин на пьедестал поднялись: заведующая отделением срочного социального обслуживания отдела по работе с пожилыми людьми и инвалидами Галина Чубарова, специалист по социальной работе отдела социальной поддержки семьи и детей Светлана Кулакова и социальный работник Левобережного отдела социального обслуживания населения Наталия Иванова, занявшие соответствующие призовые места. Все победители получили дипломы и призы.
