Знакомство с работами русского пейзажиста

Посетители Дома ветеранов побывали в Липецком областном художественном музее на выставке «Иван Шишкин. Офорты»  из собрания Самарского областного художественного музея. Организованная выставка созвучна Году экологии, объявленному в России.

Большинство ценителей творчества Ивана Шишкина  связывают его имя с живописными пейзажами. Но талант русского художника был более разносторонним. Выставка дала возможность посетителям узнать великого мастера с менее известной для широкой общественности стороны – как художника-графика. Особой любовью Ивана Ивановича был офорт. Эта техника позволяет получать оттиски, передающие все тонкости рисунка автора и одновременно вносить новые изменения и дополнения в печатную форму. За свою жизнь великий пейзажист создал сотни блистательных рисунков и крупные серии офортов. 

В офортах Шишкина все мельчайшие нюансы времен года, дня и ночи, воздуха, гроз и зноя, лесов и полей, рек и озер представлены в контексте неразрывной «природной жизни» русского человека.

Всего на выставке экспонируется 45 работ из альбома «60 офортов  И.И. Шишкина 1870–1892», изданного в 1894 году в Санкт-Петербурге.
