Семинары для соцработников

В рамках соглашения о взаимодействии между управлением здравоохранения Липецкой области и управлением социальной защиты населения Липецкой области в поликлиниках города начались обучающие семинары для социальных работников по оказанию медицинской помощи лицам пожилого возраста и инвалидам при осуществлении их надомного обслуживания. Совместная работа двух ведомств направлена на снижение показателей смертности среди людей старше трудоспособного возраста и на повышение качества предоставления социальных услуг пенсионерам и инвалидам.

На обучающих семинарах, которые проходят по графику на базе городских поликлиник, социальные работники получают необходимые для работы знания о психологических особенностях граждан пожилого возраста, о приемах оказания первой помощи при различных заболеваниях, об осуществлении ухода за тяжелобольными людьми и другие.

Уже прошло два обучающих семинара для социальных работников Левобережного и Октябрьского отделов социального обслуживания населения в городских поликлиниках № 2 и № 9. В них приняли участие 65 человек.   

Медицинские знания в объеме, необходимом для социального обслуживания на дому, в ближайшее время получат все социальные работники Липецка.
