Новые карты для проезда школьников

Чтобы школьник из многодетной семьи в новом учебном году ездил бесплатно, родителям надо поторопиться получить новую карту. С 1 сентября 2017 года бесплатный проезд детей из многодетных семей - учащихся общеобразовательных организаций будет осуществляться по персонифицированной транспортной карте.

До начала нового учебного года остался ровно месяц. В учреждения социальной зашиты населения области на сегодняшний день обратились за транспортными картами для школьников 1030 человек. Право на бесплатный проезд имеют около 5 тысяч детей из многодетных семей. Учитывая, что срок изготовления карты до 20 рабочих дней, родителям с детьми необходимо срочно обратиться за её оформлением, чтобы успеть получить карту нового образца к 1 сентября.

Необходимо помнить, что срок действия транспортной карты напрямую зависит от срока действия удостоверения! Просим родителей (опекунов, попечителей) своевременно продлевать срок действия удостоверения многодетной семьи.

Выданные ранее карты для бесплатного проезда детей из многодетных семей на транспорте города Липецка (система «Липецктранспорт») с 1 июля 2017 года   недействительны и подлежат замене на карту нового образца. Первично карта выдается бесплатно.

Для получения транспортной карты один из родителей (опекунов, попечителей) совместно с ребенком, имеющим право на бесплатный проезд, обращается в центр социальной защиты населения по месту жительства с заявлением на выдачу транспортной карты на ребенка и предъявляет следующие документы:

  • удостоверение личности;
  • удостоверение многодетной семьи;
  • СНИЛС ребенка.

Учреждение социальной защиты населения самостоятельно запрашивает справку об учебе в муниципальной общеобразовательной организации. Заявитель вправе предоставить данный документ по собственной инициативе.

Для детей из многодетных семей предусмотрена карта желтого цвета. На неё нанесена следующая информация: фото ребенка, фамилия, имя, отчество и номер карты.   

Карта действует на период учебного года (с 1 сентября текущего года по 30 июня следующего года) в рамках срока действия удостоверения многодетной семьи. При окончании обучения в общеобразовательной организации карта блокируется.  Карта не действует и в период с июля по август. В этот период ребенок совершает поездки на общих основаниях.
